Neil came today and did a fantastic job cleaning our grey carpet, it looks like new and we couldnt believe the dirt that came off it even though its only one and a half years old. Very knowledgable and excellent advice given, and a very friendly guy to boot. Will have no hesitation in booking again when needing carpet or furniture cleaned, I wouldnt look anywhere else. Neil came today to clean our living room carpet & sofas.
He arrived on time, professional and polite.
The carpet came up good as new & smelling great.
He had actually cleaned our stair carpet as well - at no extra charge - just because he wanted to surprise us! Wow! That is service right there.
His knowledge when it came to cleaning the different textiles was amazing & he explained how he cleaned them and why he chose which method / temperature. I would HIGHLY recommend him. Also very reasonably priced.
